i almost thought this would be a 5-star stay, but the breakfast was simply not ready at 7am, utterly embarrassing for a hotel. not to mention the shower knob was a workout in itself, talk about a rude awakening. a complimentary bathrobe would’ve been nice too, but I guess that's too much to ask.

The hotel lobby is quite welcoming and immediately

you’re greeted by pleasant staff. The room I stayed in was decent and well-maintained, but the overall aesthetic felt slightly dated. Breakfast had a small selection, and while it sufficed, I expected more from an Italian hotel. The prime location allowed easy access to explore the charming city center, enhancing my overall experience.

The location is fantastic. It is close enough to the city center, making it easy to explore. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing comfort during my stay. I appreciated the modern amenities such as the Smeg fridge and kettle. The breakfast, while alright, had limited variety and could be improved.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. First, the shower knob in my King Room was excessively difficult to turn, making it a frustrating experience—especially when my hands were soapy. there were moments of excessive noise from other guests, which disrupted my sleep. Lastly, I found that the breakfast selection lacked variety and could benefit from more options.

location is good and bfast is excellent with lots of choices. rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for a family.

the heating in the room was not working right, it was freezing at night and the staff were not very helpful.

Comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, the shower had fantastic water pressure, and the fitness centre was well-equipped for a quick workout during our stay.

This hotel was just a strong match for exploring town in Padova with decent value for money. My room had a lovely view of the bustling street below, which added to the experience. Bring your own toiletries as the ones provided are quite basic.

This was my 2nd extended stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Padova. The hotel boasts a great location just a few minutes' walk from Piazza di Signori, Piazza Duomo, and Piazza Garibaldi. The rooms are spacious and clean, indicating a strong focus on customer service and cleanliness. The entire staff is friendly and eager to assist, enhancing the overall experience. Although the restaurant menu is limited, the food provided is quite delicious.
